It is aimed for nutritional balance of 30% fats, 40% carbohydrates, and 30% protein every time we eat. It is aimed to control insulin level which results in successful body weight control. It promotes the consumption of quality carbohydrates and fats like avocado, olive oil, and nuts.

Vegan Diet:
It is a philosophy and a way of life, instead of just a diet. A vegan avoids animal based products like eggs, honey, dairy, meat, fish etc. People don’t adopt veganism only for diet restrictions, but also for ethical/emotional and environmental reasons.

Vegetarian Diet:
There are different types of vegetarians – Fruitarian Vegetarian, Lacto-Ovo-vegetarian, Lacto Vegetarian, Ovo-Vegetarian, Living Food Vegetarian, Semi-Vegetarian, and Pescovegetarian. Most of the vegetarians are lacto-ovo-vegetarians. It means they don’t eat animal-based products, except honey, dairy and eggs.

They focus on weight loss through exercise, diet, and support community. Dieters can join Weight Watchers Company and attend regular meetings. They can get great support and knowledge for a dieter.

Mediterranean Diet:
It is a Southern European diet which focuses more specifically on nutritional habits of individuals in southern Italy, Greece, and Crete.
